The “Fruitful Garden” initiative of the UNDP “Sustainable Communities” programme aims to enhance the skills and capacities of residents involved in horticulture. The programme seeks to strengthen communities by creating sustainable livelihoods, improving food security, and promoting self-reliance among rural populations—through the development of horticultural knowledge, skills, and capacities of residents in Armenia’s Syunik region.
Participants of the training also received a copy of the “Fundamentals of Horticulture: A Practical Guide.”
