As part of the UNDP “Sustainable Communities” programme’s “Chir-Chir” project, a training course on dried fruit preservation and processing took place at the Meghri Sports and Cultural Center, with 58 participants in attendance.
The course aimed to enhance preservation and processing techniques for farms involved in dried fruit production. By improving professional skills and providing necessary equipment, the initiative seeks to create additional income opportunities for participants.
At the conclusion of the course, all participants received certificates of participation. Those who excelled in the final exam by achieving the highest scores will be awarded specialized mills for dried fruit processing, enabling them to produce new products.
