Within the framework of the UNDP “Sustainable Communities” programme, a professional training on the topic “Business on Social Media” was held for beneficiaries of the programme from different years. A total of 47 beneficiaries from projects implemented in various years participated in the training and received certificates of participation upon completion.
The aim of the training was to introduce participants to modern tools for effectively presenting and developing their activities in digital media. The training was conducted by Avetis Harutyunyan, Public Relations and Communications Specialist of the UNDP “Sustainable Communities” programme.
The following topics were covered during the training:
- Business page management: Fundamentals of creating and professionally managing pages on social platforms.
- Promotion tools: Application of key and effective tools to increase visibility in the digital space.
- Content creation: Specifics of producing engaging and targeted content.
- Communication and sales: Modern approaches to establishing customer relationships and increasing sales volume.
The training was implemented by the UNDP “Sustainable Communities” programme with financial support from the Russian Federation.
